Main Responsibilities
Threading
Continued development of the Threading API to make data pass back from the Rendering thread simpler.
UI
I took over the development of our UI tooling to enable a faster and more iterative way for artists to work and implement UI directly in game. This also provided adding the ability for Artists to hook 3D world space models up to a similar work flow as the 2D screen space UI (such as the main menu signage)
Rendering & Lighting Engine
continued to develop the lighting solutions to handle shadows with a level of quality we were satisfied with as this game had much greater depth differences due to the cliffs
Post Processing Tooling
continued to develop my ReNoder Specialisation project providing more support of customising the rendering pipeline in a visual way
